A new look for My Own Web Developer

This site spent a few years as a page-builder export — a megabyte of stylesheet and a bundle of JavaScript to display one page of text. It now runs on the same static toolchain as every other site we build: hand-written HTML, one stylesheet, and images we own.

The result is a page that loads in a fraction of the time, reads properly on a phone, and has nothing on it that needs patching next month.

What changed

• The logo, the wording, and the contact details are the same.
• The list of sites we build and host is up to date.
• The old Home.html address redirects here.
